Requirements to Apply for the Nomad Visa
- Having a graduate or postgraduate degree from prestigious universities or having a minimum of 3 years of experience and sufficient training that can be equivalent to a university degree.
- Providing services to a company or companies based outside of Spain.
- The employment or professional relationship must have a minimum duration of 3 months and the contract must have a minimum duration of at least 1 year.
- The company you work for must authorize telecommuting.
- Demonstrating sufficient minimum income that amounts to at least twice the Minimum Interprofessional Salary (currently €30,250 annually).
- Not having resided in Spain for the last 5 years.
- Having a clean criminal record.
- Having private health and travel insurance that covers all your needs in Spain.

This permit allows you to pay a fixed tax rate of 24% on your income, not applying the progressive tax rate in force in Spain during the first 5 years.
